The cover above was scanned up by me.The 53rd issue of Doctor Who Battles in Time was released today and is now on sale in all good newsagents across the UK and Ireland at the price of £2.50. This issue comes free with two packet of the new Devastator cards and a tick chart poster for the cards. Inside the issue you can read about The Shadow Proclamation. Also inside the magazine;
